Shelton P. Sanford, III

Dr. Shelton P. Sanford is a native of Macon, Georgia. He graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Finance and attended Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS where he earned his Master of Divinity Degree and Doctor of Ministry Degree.
Dr. Sanford has served three pastorates in the Presbyterian Church in America – Thomson Memorial Presbyterian Church in Centreville, MS, Faith Presbyterian Church in Brookhaven, MS, and Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rock Hill, SC where he has now been for 25 years. He has served several terms as chairman of the Mission to the World Committee of the General Assembly of the PCA. He also serves on the Board of Christ’s College, a liberal arts college in Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Sanford teaches in the D. Min. program at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC.
Dr. Sanford was married to Anne Burns Sanford until her death in 2006. He has three grown children – Connie, Lucy and Palmer -- and four grandchildren. Dr. Sanford is married to Mary Ann Embry Crowell of Rock Hill. Mary Ann has one daughter, Mollye. The Sanfords consider themselves extremely blessed to have such a wonderful family.
Sheldon S. MacGillivray

Sheldon is a native of Toronto, Canada. As Executive Pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church he leads the ministry staff and ministries.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Cedarville University and his Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. While studying at RTS he met and married Alissa. Sheldon began his ministry with Mission to North America assisting in planting a church in Toronto, Canada. He has served as a College and Singles pastor in Washington DC and was a Senior Pastor in Alabama. He was the Director of the Columbia Campus and Extension Sites for Erskine Theological Seminary and then served as the Executive Pastor in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Sheldon and Alissa have four children, Ashleigh, Andrew, Sidney and Stephanie. The MacGillivray family loves biking, hiking, tubing, boating, reading, sleeping, laughing and eating and so much more.
Don Piers

Born in Holland, Michigan and raised in South Florida, Don received his Bachelor's of Music Education at Jacksonville University and a Masters in Church Music from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. Prior to serving at Westminster, Don served as a middle and high school music teacher; the music director at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville, Florida; and the music director at Kendall Presbyterian Church in Miami, Florida. Don and his wife Robyn have been at Westminster since 1995 and enjoy the fellowship of their three grown children: DJ, Kathryn, and Jason.
Dick Spatola

Prior to arriving at Westminster, Dick served with the Navigators for over twenty-five years in the college ministry at Clemson and NC State, military ministry in Jacksonville, FL, and the church discipleship ministry all over the Carolinas. He has served at Westminster since 1998, originally as the Director of Discipleship. He and his wife Lois have four grown children, six grandchildren, and more on the way!
Tammie Phillips

Tammie was born and raised in Gaffney, SC and has lived in Rock Hill since 1992. She graduated from University of South Carolina and has been on staff at WPC since 1998. Tammie is responsible for managing the general administration of the church including buildings and facilities, human resources, and food service. She and her husband Craig have two beautiful daughters, Allison and Brittany. Tammie enjoys the beach, cooking, walking with her two shelties and spending time with family.
Courtney Blakely

Courtney is a 2003 graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Upon graduation, she began her ministry career with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes where she has served for the past nine years locally as the Area Director and regionally as the Director of Women’s Ministry. In 2010, Courtney founded be-loved ministries as a platform to share God’s standard of Truth to women of all ages. Her experience with women comes from workshops, retreats, and curriculum developed to equip, empower, and encourage women to cherish the beauty of their design and to live a life transformed by Truth! Courtney enjoys traveling, reading, shopping, eating Mexican food, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.
